The How Foundation + Mr. Joshua Ajitena

The HOW Foundation will be on Saturday, October 8, invite Mr. Joshua Ajitena (Mr. Genero), to Nigeria for the first time, to take part in a youth leadership and mentorship seminar organised for secondary school students. The event will hold at Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos state. This was revealed by Antonia Ally, CEO of the How Foundation, at a press conference held on Monday at Lekki Lagos.
According to Ms. Antonia Ally, who is the Chief Executive Officer of HOW (Herbert Onyewumbu Wigwe) Foundation, a Non-Profit Organisation, with key focus on Malaria, Prostrate Cancer, Youth Leadership and Mentorship, the Foundation believes education is key to help raise tomorrow’s leaders.
She said, “Joshua is the founder of Genero Living.  He was born in Kano state Nigeria and later relocated to the UK in the mid-nineties, where he currently lives and works as a motivational speaker.



 He holds a BA Degree in marketing; and a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications and Consultancy“He has done quite a number of projects in the UK, including speaking in colleges, universities and schools, inspiring students to make the best of their time. He has a passion in motivating young people to develop the habit of breaking the norms as well as being the better version of person in life.
Ally revealed that the speaker will share with young Nigerians at the seminar, how he rose to emerge as the best motivational speaker in the UK. She added that Mr. Genero, is that perfect mentor young people in Nigerian need to realise their full potentials.
She said, “HOW foundation is trying to help young people understand their type of leadership. Develop their skills from a tender age. We believes that young people are often threatened by contradictory characters they always distract them from optimising their full potentials. At the leadership seminar, we shall address some of these challenges.
She further stated that the foundation is a Non-Profit Organisation founded by Dr Herbert Wigwe, the MD/CEO of Access Bank in January 2016. According to her, the founder combined his passion for helping others especially children and the youth with the need to raise awareness around Malaria Eradication and Prostate Cancer.
She said, “Leadership development is very dear to him. He has a very soft love for the young people in Nigeria. He believes that there is leadership trait in everybody. All we need to do is to help them tap into the skill. There are quite a number of relax and straight leaders that need to be identified and pushed to be great.
